The difference between full-time worker and part-time worker

In my opinion, the great difference between full-time worker and part-time worker is in “duty” and “development”.
Full-time worker must bears “duty and obligation”, can receive wages. In order to bear his duty (don’t trouble others), he will try his best to work and study hard, thus promotes his development. This just like the people usually said, “The person who attend work must study harder than in his pupillary age.”
Compare with the full-time worker, part-time worker only receives hourly pay from the company. Usually, the part-time worker is paid on a part-time basis, i.e. “The company only offer you the work which is calculated by hours”. (Recently, part-time job inclines to systematism and strategy. In some industries, it has become main force.)
Just so, the full-time worker who has potential and progress finds favour in the company’s eyes. The full-time worker has many opportunities to develop himself, but the part-time worker doesn’t have this treatment.
