The attitude, posture, and sense of responsibility to work of foreigners are different from those of native Japanese, which causes lots of troubles.

In order to do business smoothly for each enterprise that recruits the employees from NPO Comprehensive Foreigner Support Association, NPO CFSA is providing prior education. Actually, by explaining and encouraging such content in advance a lot of people have improved morale in this prior education course. Moreover, It saves the companies much energy because of lots of education for foreigners whose language, culture, lifestyle are different from those of Japanese.

Before becoming accustomed to customs in working environment, staff from NPO will working together with foreigners, and providing instruction and help them understand the procedure flow of business engaged.
