Entry formalities
   The arrival at the airport of the country of destination is regarded as the entry into such country. Please get ready evidentiary materials necessary for handling of entry formalities and be ready for answers to be asked, in advance, so that finish formalities smoothly.
Arrival at the airport of destination
   After arrival at the airport of destination, please go to the entry formalities counter through passageways inside the airport.
Since the airport has a transfer counter and a counter for local people, please pay attention to not to stand in a queue there.
Quarantine
    If entering the territory or carrying plants and animals from a country, which a yellow card is applicable to as a must, you have to report and accept quarantine. On the contrary, report is not necessary.
Immigration /Passport Control
    Show you passport and entry declaration (Boarder Crossing Card) for the confirmation of examiners. At such time, there are some simple questions to be asked (entry purpose or intended period of stay) or request you to show your ticket for return to your own country.
    After formalities are finished, your passport will be sealed (there are some countries needing no seal) or your exit card and passport will be returned to you. In a word, there is a variety of formalities. 
Baggage Claim
    Please claim baggage which is checked at the check-in counter of the port of departure.
    Please wait before the turntable corresponding to your own flight. If you have lots of baggage, please take care of your baggage card. If unable to find your baggage, you can show your claim tag to any working personnel nearby or inform the Lost-and-Found Counter.
Customs Immigration
    If it is necessary to make declaration to the Customs, please do so.
    Some countries are obligated to make declarations.
    Take all of your baggage with you and file your Customs declaration to the Customs.
If articles carried by you are not necessary to be declared or if you are not clear whether the declaration of your carried articles is required, please go through the (Declair) counter (red mark);
If you don’t carry articles needing declaration, please go through the (Nothing decalir) counter (green mark).
Categories and limitations of taxable items requiring declaration may vary with different countries.
Ending!
    After entry formalities are finished, please go to the exit to the airport.
 If it is necessary to reconfirm the reservation of return flight, please don’t forget to do so.
※Methods for handling of formalities, contents and sequence of such formalities may vary with different counties.

 Examination for going abroad to Europe (Schengen Agreement)
 In accordance with the Schengen Agreement, examinations of entry into Europe for travel may be different.
 As to any member country to the Schengen Agreement, entry examination will be conducted at the first country of arrival, and exit examination at the final country where you leave. Therefore, in principle, no seal is required in any country on the way.

Entry formalities【from member countries to member countries】
    Formalities are required to be handled only in the initial country of entry, and Customs inspection is conducted at the country of destination.
    e.g.) Narita→Paris→Rome
    After entry formalities are handled in Paris on the way, Customs inspection is conducted in the destination of Rome.
Exit formalities【from member countries to member countries】
    Formalities are required to be handled only in the final country where you leave, and Customs inspection is conducted at the country of destination.
    e.g.)Rome→Paris→Narita
    After exit formalities are handled in Paris on the way, Customs inspection is conducted in the destination of Narita.
